This supplement describes website features and business/payment communications; it does not expand the purposes of existing application consent or authorize new tracking.
Primal Vibes Group LLC respects the privacy of creators, brand representatives, and website visitors. This policy explains the types of information the website may collect, why it may be used, and the choices available to you.
Information You Provide
When you submit a creator application, brand inquiry, or other message, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, state, channel or company links, audience information, campaign details, business status, goals, and any information included in free-text fields.
How Information May Be Used
Information may be used to evaluate a potential working relationship, respond to inquiries, coordinate services, communicate about opportunities, maintain business records, improve website operations, prevent misuse, and satisfy lawful obligations.
Form Routing
When you submit an application or inquiry, the website sends it through a same-origin Cloudflare Worker protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Supabase provides the primary production database used to store and review submissions. Cloudflare provides website hosting, edge processing, abuse prevention, and an application-encrypted D1 recovery journal used only to restore accepted intake if the primary database is unavailable or damaged. Access to submissions and recovery data is restricted to authorized owner operations. The separate form-to-email recovery option remains disabled.
Cookies and Analytics
This website does not intentionally install advertising cookies. Hosting providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. If analytics, advertising pixels, or additional tracking tools are later added, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools are activated.
Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request times, browser and device information, and security signals to deliver the site and detect misuse. Security features may use cookies or similar browser technologies. Our inquiry forms use session storage for an opaque request reference and form identifier to help resolve an interrupted submission without sending it twice; they do not put application field contents in that storage. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings, although doing so during an uncertain submission may remove its recovery reference.
The current Creator Sponsor Value Estimator calculates estimates in your browser. It does not connect to your social account or retrieve private platform analytics. Ordinary outbound links to creator channels and other websites are governed by those websites’ privacy practices when you follow them.
Business Communications and Partnership Coordination
When you work with or contact PVG, we may handle your business contact details, public channel links, information and analytics you choose to provide, correspondence, agreed project scope, contracts, invoices, and delivery details needed for a collaboration. We use those records to respond, coordinate the requested work, arrange approved introductions or shipments, manage billing, maintain business records, and address disputes or legal obligations.
Where needed for the relationship or an approved collaboration, we may share relevant profile, campaign, contact, or delivery information with the participating creator, brand, supplier, or delivery provider. We do not treat an inquiry as permission to publish private analytics, contracts, or a home address. Our email and business-service providers also process communications and records on our behalf. Provide only information needed for the request; do not send card numbers, security codes, bank login details, passwords, or government identifiers through ordinary email or website free-text fields.
Client Payments
The Client Payments page is for an amount and project or invoice reference already agreed with PVG. As of this update, online client-card processing remains unavailable pending processor setup and approval. Its payment and address controls are disabled; entering this page does not submit or authorize a payment. ACH is not currently offered through this checkout.
The planned provider-hosted card checkout will use the payment gateway provisioned through Maverick Payments, with NMI gateway services as applicable. Before it is enabled, the final checkout will identify the provider and explain the customer and billing information required, any shipping or service-delivery address, and the payment authorization. Card numbers and security codes must be entered only in the provider’s secure payment interface, not sent to PVG by email. The current PVG page has no card-number, security-code, or bank-account input and does not store a submitted amount or reference.
When a payment is made through an authorized payment channel, PVG may receive the payer’s contact and billing information, amount, currency, project reference, transaction identifier, payment status, and limited payment-method details shown by the provider for receipts, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and support. The provider processes payment credentials under its own terms and privacy notice. Review Maverick’s privacy policy and the privacy notice displayed by the actual checkout provider. Payment and refund terms are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy and your applicable written agreement.
Existing Membership Records
Members Arena is now an informational page. It does not load a membership checkout or accept new membership payments. PVG may retain contact, contribution, receipt, and subscription-status records from previous membership payments for support, accounting, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Removing the website checkout does not delete those records or cancel an existing recurring arrangement. Sharing
Personal information is not intended to be sold. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, communications, campaign administration, professional advice, or legal compliance, but only as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Data Retention and Security
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, active business relationships, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards should be used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Application records currently remain subject to manual review rather than automatic expiry or deletion. Retention decisions take account of the purpose, relationship, applicable agreements, accounting and legal requirements, disputes, and the need to honor communication preferences. A deletion request is assessed across relevant active records and recovery copies; we do not promise immediate removal from every backup. Access restrictions and the encrypted intake recovery journal help protect submissions, but they do not remove the need for careful handling.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to applicable recordkeeping and legal limitations. Send privacy requests to hello@primalvibesgroup.com.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to the relevant privacy authority. We may ask for enough information to verify the request and protect another person’s information; do not send identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate secure method. Optional marketing consent is separate from inquiry processing. You may decline it or ask us to stop promotional communications; necessary service, transaction, or legal messages may still be sent.
International Visitors
PVG operates in the United States and works with creators, brands, and service providers in other countries. Information may be processed in the United States or another country where a relevant provider operates. Applicable transfer requirements and contractual protections depend on the relationship and governing law. Contact us if you need information about handling for a particular engagement.
Children
The creator application is intended for adults. Primal Vibes Group LLC does not knowingly seek applications from anyone under 18 through this website.
Policy Changes
This policy may be updated as the website, services, vendors, and legal requirements change. The updated date will be revised when material changes are made.
Additional notice or consent will be provided where required before a material change in how previously collected information is used. This page does not itself give PVG permission to use information for an unrelated purpose.
